The Essentials
A basic, low to the ground deck with no railing for those who want outdoor living space on a budget. TimberTech Prime or Terrain Series Composite decking, although we do offer standard pressure treated decking as well as a budget option. Steps are very basic if necessary, straight treads with no fascia. No picture framing on the main deck area, and no finished fascia. This is a great finish option for steps for lake access as well.
Comfortably Elegant
This deck comes standard with Azec Advanced PVC decking in either the Harvest or Landmark Collection, as well as TImberTech composite options in the Reserve Series. Includes a composite or aluminum railing system if necessary, or a wrap around step if it is lower to the ground. Includes a single picture frame all around, color matched or white PVC fascia, picture framed stair treads, and concealed fasteners.
Luxuriously Spacious
This deck speaks for itself! Decking is either Azec Advanced PVC in the Landmark or Vintage Collections, or TimberTech Legacy Composite. Railing options include stainless steel cables, stainless or black rods, or even glass! Options include: wider picture frames, double picture frames, picture frames in accent colors, multi-width decking boards, built-in benches, privacy boards to enclose spaces under the deck, and waterproof under-deck ceiling systems for second story decks.
Over-the-top
This is a no holds barred option for those who want to make a statement and are not concerned about cost. Options include: Talon mounted glass railings with no top rail, invisible fascia mounted glass rail systems, both in-deck and in-step lighting systems, curved steps, and multi-color inlaid patterns in the decking. These are truly one-of-a-kind projects!
